At Backyard Kitchen Supplies Ltd., we are committed to delivering your outdoor kitchen products safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for information on delivery times, shipping rates, and more.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Large items such as pizza ovens, griddles, or BBQ units may require freight shipping. In such cases, we will contact you with additional delivery details or to schedule a drop-off time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly for options.

Freight Shipments

Larger products may ship via freight. These deliveries:

  • Require a valid phone number to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Will be delivered curbside; inside delivery is not available
  • Must be inspected upon arrival — please note any damage with the driver

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@backyardkitchensupplies.com with your order number and relevant photos if applicable. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
