Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom-built outdoor kitchen installations
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your card issuer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us first to initiate the process.
